My personal current love is my Beco Butterfly (this is the one I have, same print) - but I'd love to add an Ergo to my collection. With Jason's back (and mine hurts too!) a good carrier is important. We can't just go with a Bjorn because the weight distribution isn't good. Charlotte also isn't as comfy in a structured carrier like a Bjorn, so those of you looking for options - I highly recommend either one of these! Both work front/back.
